Its shape is regular, the structure is arranged orderly in the crystal production process, and it has high strength, high modulus, high toughness, high insulation, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, easy surface treatment and many other excellent physical and chemical properties.

Applied to polymer materials, not only can strengthen, toughening. But also can play a thickening, heat resistance, wear resistance and so on.

 

Performance characteristics:

 

(1) High strength-tensile strength of 20.5GPa, 3 to 5 times that of carbon fiber
(2) High temperature oxidation resistance-can withstand high temperature of 1450 ℃, at this temperature still has good oxidation resistance
(3) chemical resistance-for any concentration of organic acids, inorganic acids, have strong corrosion resistance
(4) Green non-toxic-will not cause harm to human health, suitable as a substitute for asbestos
(5) High cost performance-the main raw materials are widely available and inexpensive, and the production cost is the lowest among the same effect enhancers. It is the best enhancer for high quality resins such as vinyl resin and epoxy resin.
